Windows 10 Home 10.0.22000.318 upgraded to 11 V:21H2 (Currently) 22000.2538
Up until a few days ago, I could right click on the New Tab plus sign and open a previously closed tab. It was great for reopening a tab I had closed on accident or when I needed to copy something I had posted previously. Now I do not get the drop down menu any more

First of all, you really need to update Windows. Most of us are on update 23H2 now.

Could you enlighten us all about which program you are referring to?

I am not sure if the enablement package will do what you need, or if you will need to do an in-place upgrade. (Note Bree’s post below this one.)

Enablement Package

Latest ISO or Media Creation Tool image Win 11 (23H2)

In-Place Upgrade using the “ISO” from the above link

No, the enablement package won't work on 21H2, it only works if you are already on 22H2. It has to be a full in-place upgrade.
