Other! Wireless 4G. I get 70-140Mb down, and 25-50Mb up on that, depending on the day and time of day.
But I also have VDSL which gives me 55Mb down/12.5Mb up. The reason I have both connections is because there was an issue with the line which took flipping ages to diagnose, and was only correctly diagnosed and fixed when the line in the road died completely. So I had wireless 4G as a back-up because I work from home and I need reliable and stable connection. Since they fixed the line in the road it's been rock solid. I literally only have drop outs with a power cut or an ISP-pushed firmware update for the modem. I've kept the 4G connection as well though, as 55Mb down is just not enough bandwidth at times. Also, PTSN services are being gradually removed and no-one is really maintaining copper anymore. There is a big push to put everyone on copper to wireless 4G or fibre if you're a heavy user (which I am).
Fibre is in my street and I would love it, but unfortunately there is no means of getting it to my house that is either viable, or satisfactory. The conduit under the drive supplying my copper line is way too long to blow fibre from the ETP to across the road. It's also all concrete from end to end; no soft surface to dig up. There are no power or telephone poles in my street, so aerial is not an option. They can do a slot trench on the drive, but unfortunately I'm not the only owner of the drive. The drive is made up of different types of concrete which marks boundaries, and I'm right at the end. One of the types has a river pebble finish and will look particularly awful with a slot trench, and that part is owned by the neighbours, who understandably do not consent to it. There is a fence which fibre can be installed on, but it's old, ugly and not in the best knick. I'm the only one interested in replacing it, but can't do that on my own either financially or without the agreement of every owner. It's only a matter of time before the thing is blown down in the wind, but I don't want my newly installed fibre to go down with it, as the company charge an arm and a leg to repair or replace installations. And getting an appointment for that can take months. So at the moment it's a race between PTSN services being removed and me getting a new fence. I expect there will be a period where I'm on wireless only, which isn't ideal because it has a fair use policy, which I am likely to treble haha.
