I own too many laptops: A Dell touch screen with Windows 11 and 6 others (not counting the other four laptops I bought for this household.) Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.

I've had LastPass for over 10 years and I've also gotten notifications when upgrades have been made. I've never had a reason to not be satisfied with my family subscription to LastPass.
Nope. I read that. It's click bait. Some people stored financial key codes in LastPass Secure Notes. The article theorizes that the hacker broke the encryption on LastPass vaults and stole their key codes.
LastPass Secure Notes are encrypted with AES 256-bit encryption that's never been broken. The only way these guys got their key codes stored in LastPass stolen was to have weak Master Passwords. You would have to be an idiot to use a weak Master Password to protect the millions talked about in the article.
My Master Password is 32 characters long. It would take trillions of centuries to brute force crack it with the best computer power available today.

I just had a quick look through the book..., probably 70% of the sites, I'll never log into again!
I still have most frequently used passwords memorized, but the browser takes care of autofill.
The Proton Pass app is handy but, I'll probably seldom use it as well, although, I could've used it a few months ago when the PC at church did a BIOS update..., I couldn't remember that password!
