Windows does not detect networked devices

Good evening.
Windows finds networked devices with difficulty, it happened with W10 as well and I never found a solution.
I have always used Advance Ip Scanner as an external tool that detects everything for me.
Any ideas on how to solve this little problem with Windows?

When you use the term devices are you referring to networked computers or NAS drives or networked printers? Or all of the above.

NAS finds it right away, what intere me is just the other computers on the network.

Some devices not showing up in the network map has been an ongoing issue for some people since Windows 10, me being one of them. The network map populates correctly on 3 of my computer, but not on 2 others despite all systems being optioned correctly. Like you, I spent hours on it until I finally gave up. For a long time, as a workaround, I accessed my shares by opening RUN, in the open box type the computer name hosting the shared files. (example \\Dell-9020). You can also access shares by typing the ip address of the computer with the shared files into file explorer's address bar (e.g. "\\192.168.1.xxx" where "xxx" is the last 3 digits of the computer's IP address that you want to access.). See if either of those works for you.

Luckily, both of the computers that refuse to show in my network map run Pro , so now I use Remote Desktop instead to access the files on the these problem computers. Using RDP I just copy and paste between devices. It's the best thing since sliced bread. While a Remote Desktop server (as in, the PC that you are connecting to) needs to be running a Pro edition of Windows, a client machine (the device you are connecting from) can be running any edition of Windows (Pro or Home), or even a different operating system altogether. Remote Desktop works in both 10 and 11.

The only other thing I can advise, (which I'm sure you've already done since you've been fighting it so long), is to use this tutorial to verify that each computer is optioned correctly and all necessary services are running. Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10

I used to have this problem, though not nowadays, and the permanent solution was to edit the hosts file on any computer unable to see any other networked computer. To use this method you need first to assign a static address to each computer on the LAN, which can be done via the router or on each computer's network settings. This ensures that each computer will always acquire the same IP address each time it is booted, and this itself may resolve the problem. If it does not then on the computer that can't see others edit the hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts) to add the name and IP address of each invisible computer. The hosts file can be edited in Notepad and that fixes the issue. When editing hosts be sure not to start the edited line with a hash as this makes it just a comment.
