So you have S3 Sleep i.e. the sleep we have come to know for decades.
Now you need to look in the Event viewer, Custom view for the time concerned to see that it was not in S3 Sleep at the time.

Nothing corresponds in the Event Viewer and the date and time on the error messages.

I was not expecting anything in that Custom view to correspond.
I suggested it as a means of checking which power state the computer was at the time - because you seemed to be in doubt about it.

What you can then do is look at the built-in Event viewer, Custom view called Administrative events to look for any events that happened just before or just after.

I was wrong about the times. I just realised that times are in GMT.
I just put it to sleep for a few minutes, then woke it again with the message on the desktop.
Below are four Event Viewer warnings about the time the computer was asleep.

I think Skype is the culprit.
I found about 6 Skype.exe entries in Task Manager. One entry matched the process ID in an Event Viewer warning.

I completely closed Skype down and have put the computer to sleep and woken it a few times without the error on the desktop.
I'll keep testing a bit more before I confirm it.

Your contributions gave me the clues to identify that it was the recent Skype update that was causing the problem.

I can't remember the last time I used Skype, but it was set to run at startup. I've now disabled the auto start with Windows.
I'll leave it installed for now as it doesn't cause any problems when it's not running.

I think the problem is not skype generated but is WWHosts.exe that is used to validate skype login

Skype was causing the WWAHost.exe error.

Hi, I just registered to be able to comment on this exact issue. I'm on W10 22H2 but experienced the same thing and noticed that when I quit Skype, the error would not appear. I posted everything on the Microsoft Community over the past days.

This morning I then figured out the connection to WWAHost but after that got stuck... Until I found this thread here, so I tried resetting the Feedback Hub, but it didn't solve it.

I know that closing Skype solves the issue, but I use it almost daily, so I need to have it running in the background all the time, and after each sleep/hibernation, that error comes up again. So unfortunately just quitting Skype does not solve the issue at its core.
