0x80070422 when using Edge Browser ONLY

This only started to happen after update ? Tried a few things without fix. I am down to uninstalling for a time. How is the best way to uninstall?
Tried repair install over top and everything else I could find including disable IPV6 in the port

No. If I can find an ISO I will try a repair install. Has worked before with weird problems.

I found reinstall info. I did a Win 11 repair install and will wait to see what happens.
