I am currently running 22H2 but as yet I haven't been offered the 23H2 update.
Get Windows updates as soon as they are available is greyed out. Is there a way to force the PC to update to 23H2?

As your PC is already running Windows 11 and you didn’t mention that you have a problem with Windows Update, the enablement package should update you without a problem.

Thanks, the only issue is that 23H2 isn't showing and that 'Get Windows updates as soon as they are available' is greyed out.

If you run that package, you should be good to go! Hopefully it will fix that greyed out issue, or follow FreeBooters video

Run Windows Update after installing it.

Get Latest Updates as soon as available in Windows 11 is greyed out

As the title said I can't press the button anymore, but it did allowed me to use it before, It saying it isn't available due to my policy organization, I did used apps like O&O ShutUp10++ and Winaero Tweaker, but I didn't turned off my WinUpdate aside from driver updates, moreover I've a laptop...
