Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphic settings
I guess Hardware Acceleration, doesn't matter.










There's four different swing gauges. I use the Classic one.

There's 4 different swing types. Easy, Classic, Power Stroke, and Real Time.

Easy = really easy, but a bit limited. (only involves mouse "clicking")
Classic = a bit harder, but far less limited. (only involves mouse "clicking")
PowerStroke and Real Time = sliding the mouse back and forth to swing the club. Both of these are ridiculous, IMO.

That ISO is directly from my retail CD.

If I restart my PC and try to run it gives me an error report but I can’t decide anything in it, doesn’t tell me specifics and I can’t read the code since I’m not that computer savvy

Screenshot or camera pic, and then computer savvy people can figure it out.
There has to be something weird or different about your comp or your installed software, that's causing the problem.

Like I said before... it's a pretty simple install. The only fudging around thing is those two patches.

I think I did it this way originally...

1. I did the rukshuk.exe thing first.
2. Then I did the 1.07 patch.. game didn't work right.
3. Then did the Nvidia patch, and "maybe" had to then redo the 1.07 patch.

All I remember is, you have to keep messing with those two patches to get it to work.

FYI... there's two ways to light up the other person's notification bell at the top right.

One is to quote them, and the other is to add an "@" symbol in front of their account name, like so...

When an image is too big to post on ElevenForum.... save it as a .jpg instead, or resize it.
Sometimes cameras take huge pics.



As for the error... open a command prompt as admin and run this command... sfc /scannow


IF that finds any errors it CAN'T fix, then run this command... Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I dunno.
Only you can see your computer... I can only respond to things you show or tell me.
The install instructions I've given you have worked for numerous people.

Might try posting here...




The best analogy I can think of is the old Army .45 pistols.
None of them, aimed the same, and they had "fixed" sights.
More or less you had to figure out how yours aimed, to be able to hit things.

I've told you how to work the gun... you have to find why it's not working (aiming right), for you.


There's nothing else I can think to tell you. The ONLY weird thing I noticed... was those two patches.
You need to fiddle around with them.
With two patches there's only four possibilities.
Only patch A
Only patch B
Patch A first, then B
Patch B first, then A

And possibly redo either/both of the patches after one of the four options above.

Did you get it working?

I was unable to test this yesterday, I may have time today. Apologies, work has been keeping me busier than normal.

Side note: Excited to see DirectStorage API coming into its own (I think Forsaken is the first game to support it?), and eagerly awaiting the release of Starfield.

For anyone else that wants to test... everything is in the Readme.txt in the download...
and every possibility I can think of, is in post #43 this topic.

I've just got it installed and it won't recognize the .ISO mount lol - going through the readme now to see if I can get it working.

I have the DVD's for that Game somewhere, but would not be easy to find.
