Not clear on what you mean, but the fact that Kodi mentioned video card and hardware, did not make RJARRRPCGP's suggestion of an impending drive failure correct (as we clearly know now). Yes, both are hardware, but that's where similarities end :)

And yes, unfortunately, some customer service tech reps will blame their issues on other stuff so as not to have to deal with "their issue". It happens :(

Don't really know but that's everything they could tell me I guess.
It would have been way easier if it were able to extract logs which unfortunately didn't happen.
