If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

1) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist

2) Post a new Tuneup plus share link

3) Search for wdcsam64.sys using autoruns (option 6 in the link) > post images or share links

For WDCsam64.sys could it have been a usb drive? I did unplug it.

Systems crashes to black screen persist.

Please post a new querysettings.

Tuneup plus results were excellent.

Download and install:

voidtools

www.voidtools.com

Search for the driver.

Modify the driver name:

wdcsam64.sys > wdcsam64.sys.old

After 24 hours WDV > turn off the tool

Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to detect malfunctioning RAM.

Uninstall or uninstall and reinstall:

aesmaudl AE USB Audio Driver-Lower (Samson) c:\windows\system32\drivers\aesmaudl64.sys

Restart WDV.

Just a heads up, I ran the verifier like you told me too in post #22 and it triggered a BSOD, I posted that log. I have since turned the verifier settings off.

For both this and wdcsam64.sys it is asking me for permission from TeustedInstaller.

Also, do I modify both entries in System32 and System32\DriverStore?

See if you can find a replacement driver.

For now run WDV without testing these drivers.

I did not check off aesmaudl64.sys or wdcsam64.sys.

I could not delete or change the name of either driver. Autoruns failed to delete it, and Everything indicates I need a TrustedInstaller to change the name for either driver.

I am currently running driver verifier for 24 hours.
