I'm trying to figure out what the issue is , and we've looked into just about everything.
My husband's headphones will randomly cut out/buffer randomly on his computer. Usually when he goes to a video, wiki page, etc;
alongside that, he has to manually re-pair his headphones everytime he restarts his computer or wakes it up from sleep mode.
We have tried:
- turning off USB disconnect
- adjusting power saving settings
- bluetooth troubleshooting
- Factory resetting headset
- updated all audio and bluetooth drivers
- made sure windows was entirely updated
- nothing shows in the event viewer
- We traded headphones, and my computer with his headphones did not have any issue whatsoever automatically connecting upon restart/waking up/turning on, AND it never cut out or buffered once
- At the same time, his computer with my headphones did not have any issues; it only buffered/cut out audio wise once the entire day.
What could possibly be the issue? Or what else can we try to figure it out?
