can you please help to debug the BSOD. Please find the log attached in the link below.

Some findings:

a) One collected mini dump file reporting WHEA 124

b) BIOS dated 2018





Please perform the following steps:



1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link







2) The BIOS Version/Date HP Q03 Ver. 02.02.04, 27-Jul-18

Upgrade the BIOS: 02.02.04 > 02.29.00







3) Download and install: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI – v10.7.0.0





4) Plan to run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI overnight while sleeping




5) Power on the computer and repetitively click F2 or F10 key > UEFI hardware diagnostics > system > extensive > loop until failure > the next day if it has made two or more loops > click esc > take pictures with a camera or smart phone camera > post images or share links into the thread




6) For any BSOD > post a new V2 share link into the newest post

Your SSD has failed or is failing. Can you download CrystalDiskTools and upload your status in an image? I need to know your disk status. Failed sector count (over 100 is fail) and pending sectors > 75 is caution, > 115 is replace right now. Thanks, Luna

    --- My Windows PE testing environment lies here, (because I like retro), but I CAN and HAVE run beta versions of Windows 11. 21996 was the version. Also, I have lots of experience of Win11 and 10, and know how to deploy the OS. ---
