BSOD "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE"

OS
Windows 11 Pro
Been going thru some odd repetitive boot issues and am not certain why or how to rectify.
I was running a dual boot system with Windows 11 Pro (23H2) as primary and a lite version of Windows 11 23H2. Each time this happens (quite out-of-the-blue) only the primary OS
(Windows 11 Pro 24H2) no longer boots. I get a BSOD, not always with the same error. The last couple times there is no error code but just the statement "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE."
The data on the NVMe drive is still accessible via the other boot OS Lite Windows 11. So I restore the partition with the .mrimgx image that I have created.
formatted the entire NVMe Drive and installed Windows 11 Pro (4H2) instead. The same thing happened once again. I asked myself, is the NVMe drive faulty? It seems unlikely as the lite Windows version continues to function. Recently I ran EasyBoot to view the boot loader information and noticed the new Windows 11 Pro 24H2 system was missing. This led me to believe the "winload.efi" file is corrupt. YES???, MAYBE??? Would backing this up and replacing this file patch the system so I wouldn't have to restore via .mrimgx image?

But, bottom line what is happening??
What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

P.S. I believe I ran chkdsk once before. Will run again and see if there were errors.

UPDATE: cksdsk found no errors on ether OS partitions.

Please test the drive running the Sea Tools bootable Long generic test:

formatted the entire NVMe Drive and installed Windows 11 Pro (4H2) instead.

Were you able to safe or normal boot?

Sea Tools long scan returned no issues...
I could not NORMAL Boot, but after a second try Windows tried to diagnose and could not fix issue. I used the option to boot to a different OS (Lite Windows Install)

Between each restore/reinstallation the computer ran as normal for some days, then out-of-the-blue the issue returns.

Why not restore a Macrium backup image?

1) List all of these installed non-Microsoft software:

a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption

2) When planning to run V2 make sure that extract all is clicked first.

I have been restoring via the Macrium image. But the event continues to happen again and again!

a) antivirus = Webroot Secure Anywhere C25.1
b) firewall = WebrootSecure Anywhere C25.1
c) No drive encryption

Q: When this happens again, what should I do with respect to troubleshooting the cause!

You want me to uninstall all 26 non-Microsoft apps? Are you attempting to see if any of the programs are causing my issue? Then what do I do, install apps one at a time and run the computer for a month and then install another etc...?
Temporarily uninstall all of the above non-Microsoft software.

Update defender.

Run the V2 log collector in each normal boot and safe mode (click extract all first) > post share links

Some Steps taken
X 1: Restart your computer

X 2: Check the connections

X 3: Run the Windows 11 troubleshooter

X 4: Check for Windows updates

X 5: Check for driver updates

X 6: Run the SFC scan (sfc /scannow)

X 7: Run the DISM tool (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth)

X 8: Check for malware

9: Check the BIOS settings

X 10: Perform a system restore (Macriun Reflect)

V2 log collector did not run last time, but the other one did, unfortunately I lost the link!
