Im playing fifa since Volta in 2019
And today Fifa 23 gave me the best gameplay i seen from few years.
Thank you for this game !

BUT ...

Since FIFA 23 release i seen a trouble to share the game when i stream on a Mono PC setup
I thank FIFA 23 is next gen and my 1080ti cant Follow the next generation of game.
So i saying nothing about the game my pc could be too low for the next gen game, i was fair and respectful from your work.

But now i have 4090 and the result is the same, the game doesnt work correctly when im stream and if the 4090 cant do anything no card could on the 3 next years
i keep the same setting than other next gen with or without dlss 3 actived by the drivers but no one have LAG or FREEZ with my Slow OBS setting

So you have a big work to fixe it (ok who stream on single pc under obs with 4090) certainly less people and you dont care
But its just a point of view and point of comparison to say and recognize the game soffer of is dev or portability on PC ?
And have a real technical trouble of performance.

I stream all new game on Slow encoding under OBS all turn very good (witf DLSS 3 active or not) i never encounter a LAG trouble with CPU
DLSS OFF : Even if Cyberpunk havent the DLSS 3 ready i can turn the game with more 190 FPS on Ultra and could be more later after drivers upgrade, while encoding
DLSS ON : Requiem work very fine on DLSS 3 and can offer more 180 FPS on 4K gaming while streaming on slow setting with the same PC

If i keep the slow setting on OBS the game FREEZ or RAM on 4K / 2500 and 1900 res
So you have a real game architecture trouble with your game where the game use the CPU
i know cause i use a 24 thread and you make my CPU down (5900x) / impossible to be the 4090

I have to use my own fixe to stream and play like i does with my 1080ti ...
if i cut the stream the game turn between 120 fps under 2500
If i cut the stream the game turn between 130 and 150 fps on 4K
isnt normal, is not enought for 3 people and 11 player
We can compare with bigger Next gen game like REQUIEM or CYBERPUNK and your game sux for poor display

So can you fixe quicly your game to be compatible with other App like OBS or Cheat

we will not wait FIFA 24 to have a real next gen game on PC

No. Even if it's a Entry Level System but stable vs a High End System that's unstable - running the same app - worst case scenario the Low End system will struggle - while the High End System will crash. I've seen this quite literally hundreds of times in practice - while using Heaven Benchmark (which can run just fine be it on an entry rig or high end - stressing even the latter - even tho, it's app released in 2009 with mediocre visuals even for that time - yet still good enough for stressing modern GPUs).

The game is an unplayable mess.
- Already have 3 CTDs (during the main menu) in just 1 hour of playing!
- When the game moves to corners or penalties, there is stuttering and FPS drops dramatically.
- Everything looks as if the sharpness is way too high, too bright/too high color contrast.
- The audio is crackling so much it is scary.
- The game recognizes a second ghost controller. After going wired it fixed itself but if I touch the keyboard or move the mouse, the game goes berserk and starts navigating the menus by itself.
- After I force shut down the game it causes my memory to be at 100%, my PC freezes, there audio crackling and I can’t do anything other than wait and hope that it will unstuck itself. I legit got scared the game might fry my hardware. I am scared to launch the game again.

By the way, in my opinion, we do not need to tamper with our PC's or do workarounds etc. in order for this game to work!

If our system meets the minimum requirements the game should be playable. If not then it is fully the responsibility of the developer to improve/update their game so that it does work!
Anything short of that is a breach against consumer's rights as they sold us a product that does not live up to what they promised and further refuse to come up with a fix"

my GPU (RTX 3080 Ti) is always on 100% usage shown in my task manager. The temperature doesn't go above 66°C and I don't really feel this high usage (except if I watch a video on my second monitor).

No settings seem to change this high usage --> No matter if ingame or in Nvida settings.

Ingame setting are 2560x1440 (16:9) resolution, Fullscreen, without frame limit and dynamic resolution. Those special hair setting are off as well.

It doesn't change at all if I play on rendering quality Low or Ultra.

Any ideas how to fix it? I don't want to stress my GPU on 100% usage all the time.

Seriously, you even quoted my previous post "where i attached the same link" - but instead of checking it (and see where i'm coming from - how i reached that conclusion) - you make assumptions... I get that this is the internet and some users are fond of trolling and meaningless debates - but wasting my time like this (i spent over half an hour - going through his reports and putting all that together) - only for my effort to get trashed by a smart-arse - is where i have to draw the line (enough is enough). Especially since i did/do this pro bono (just for the sake of helping). That being said... If you still get a BSOD - since the stress tests from above are better for CPU and RAM. You could also try the following:

First, you download GPU-Z for monitoring the temperatures of GPU & Memory/VRAM (Video Ram) - which are displayed in the Sensors tab. Also check "Log To File" from the bottom left side of the Sensors tab.

Next, you download and open memtest_vulkan-v0.5.0.exe If you also have an integrated GPU you'll get 2 option - select the number corresponding to RTX 3070. And let it run - should take around 5 minutes and this will test your VRAM (Video Ram).

If above test ran just fine. Next, download and install Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0 Heaven Run it and set the following... API: DX11, Quality: Ultra, Tessellation: Extreme, Stereo 3D & Multi-Mon: Disabled, Anti-Aliasing: 8x Uncheck Full Screen and Select a Resolution lower than the Monitor's native resolution (2560x1440) - like 1920 x 1080. GPU-Z should still be on for monitoring the temps - side by side with Heaven B. Run it for at least 10 minutes and if the test ran just fine - repeat it - but this time in full-screen while selecting the native resolution (2560x1440).

I don't play Fifa 23 - but some of those who do - claim it's poorly optimized (ramping the GPU as if it's a demanding gaming): Re: Fifa 23 poor pc optimization, 100% gpu usage on menu's. Thus, despite of having lower graphics than RDR2 - it can stress your GPU more than the later. While Battlefield 5 - seems to be more demanding.

EA Play app could be to blame more than the games themselves though. The new ea play app doesn't install for me at all.

Tho, wouldn't call this a general recommendation - just wanna see if it helps. Cause indeed - one bugged was triggered by Windows Defender & the other by Fifa23 - both are memory access errors - which are usually linked to a bugged app or corrupted windows service. But when it comes to games - sometimes the Ram gets filled (especially if it's not properly optimized) - so it tries to use more Virtual Ram. And if it fills the Virtual Ram as well - further trying access more Ram can result in a BSOD (since it goes beyond the size limited by the system for Virtual Ram - which is restricted). A poorly optimized can also try to access ram that's already allocated (which visually is restricted as well) - where again - it can lead to BSOD.

Other times - it's a faulty ram (tho, since it passed all the tests you throw at it - seems less likely) or a faulty ram slot (you could also change the ram slots - just to be sure, even tho - this too seems less likely if it passed all tests). Down-clocking the Ram - can also helps at times (wouldn't recommend this to the average users - but you seem whiling to learn and it's less complicated than other stuff you already tried). Down-clocking is not dangerous either - since you're lowering frequencies (just a level below - their standard capacity). This is done from BIOS (your model - should have something like Ai Tweaker). Is this your ram: ELITE U-DIMM DDR4 desktop memory module ? Which, at its maximum recomended speed - should be set to 3200 Mhz / CL22-22-22-52 Latency so you just lower it to next value: 2666 Mhz / CL19-19-19-43 Latency Leave everything else on Auto - tho, the recommended voltage for this module is 1.2 V (this days a lot of boards come with auto-tuning/overclocking features - increasing it based on factory recommendations). Anyway, this is just for testing purposes - since lowering this frequency does have a slight impact on performance. Then again, if that reading is current - your is already down-clocked 2 levels below its maximum capability (2400 Mhz /CL16-16-16-39 latency ). But, that's a different story for a different topic.

Again, not casting judgments (not my concern) - just trying to understand - how can a popular game - cause 4 BSODs in last 24 hours - "each having a different bugcheck (that's 4 different or slightly different error codes) - on a seemingly stable system (not entirely convinced it's stable, but... at least one of those tests should have caused a BSOD - if it wasn't). Since the only common denominator is the app (Fifa23) - i'd look for workaround for the app itself (tweak it's config file and try a custom profile from nVidia panel - like limiting the FPS or try alternative VSync Settings). You could also try a driver from last year - like GeForce Game Ready Driver | 527.37 | Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 | NVIDIA - just to make sure it's not an issue introduced with a driver update and ported in newer version (tho, when that happens - there's usually more complaints about the app causing BSOD). Also, i know you did this before - but all this random crashes can actually cause further issues (like corrupting Windows files). Thus, you can actually get a BSOD - cause Windows became unstable as well. Maybe it's not the case, but just to be sure - run the following commands again:

sfc /scannow

To check the health： Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

To scan the health： Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

To restore the health： Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

(this is a standard routine after multiple crashes - while beta testings unstable apps)

Another thing i noticed in your previous reports (power related) - you seem to have Fast Startup enabled. Which can further increase those issues - since with this feature enabled - "the system doesn't shutdown properly (clearing all data / can only do that on restart - in your case)" - so even if you have corrupted data - the systems simply picks up where it left of causing further issues. Here's how to Disable it: Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 11 Tutorial I don't recommend fast boot either - for similar reasons (cancels some basic stability checks - thus, you can actually boot into Windows with unstable hardware).

You said you were gonna check the memory - using just 1 stick (in different slots). That too is a good way to test the ram - or the slots (since it's more common for a slot to have issues - than the ram itself).
