About two weeks ago entered a license key that I had previously used on a machine that I had recycled but failed to deactivate, and it gave me the option of deactivating the older install and reusing the license. Maybe that’s how you did it?

I have no problem logging in to my Macrium account from Atlanta, GA, USA, using Microsoft Outlook.

I purchased Reflect with a yahoo email address, I sign into my Macrium account with it too. Can't contact Sales with it though, or with any Yahoo address come to that. It specifically asks for a work email....

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

The support team of Macrium just thinks all people (that have to do with computers) in the world are having work!
They probably don't realize there are many people, which have no work or are retired but have to work with computers very much.
As hobby or as secundary function.

When reading this and other problems with Macrium licences, I am very happy I'm not dependent of Macrium, as I use a different way of making partition images. Which I don't want to promote in this thread, as taht is not the subject here!

Sounds like Veeam. I tried to make an account with a non-gmail or the likes address, they claim they sent an email with an activation link that never arrived, there's no way to ask to resend, the account is stuck in verification mode, can't contact support, chat gets to sales and they can't help activate the account. But they had no problem signing me up for newsletter and those arrive to my email just fine ... These companies that target enterprises ...

I’d sooner have to clean install than use Macrium. I seriously believe that it’s directed at those (nerds 😃) who have way too much time on their hands and like playing with it to see if they can beat their highest score.

Sure, there are members who use it simply to create an image then leave it. That’s cool.

Normally when I see the word “Macrium” pop up in forum I just sigh and scroll past it. Sick of seing it.

It's not about the Macrium Account. It's trying to contact them. What started this threads is that I tried to contact Sales and my email addresses weren't accepted. I had no problem setting up a Macrium Account using my Gmail address. This is where I was directed to when I clicked on the link to download the trial version. Macrium Account. Instead of using my Google or MS account I created a Macrium Account.

This thread has turned from it's original purpose. It's not about using any email address to setup and/or logging into a Macrium Account. I tried to contact Sales to ask a couple question to help me decide if I wanted to upgrade or not. Both of my email addresses were not accepted. As @pseymour pointed out, it looks like Sales Support only accepts business email addresses.

Yes, I did test it. I even tested the Macrium boot entry and the USB boot disk. Because everything was working, I decided to go one step further. I skipped two Insider Canary builds because of of the known bug with older NVIDIA cards causing the screen to be black or show a problem in Device Manager. I made a ISO using UUPDump and did a in-place upgrade. to my surprise I found that I didn't have to wait after all. My computer updated on the first try and no black screen.
