How many updates can be uninstalled after running Windows Update Cleanup?

There's no one size fits all answer.
As zbook and I both mentioned, even
without cleaning up after Windows updates, there will still be some updates that can't be removed.
The object of running Disk Cleanup and
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
, is to remove "junk files" from the Windows drive.
The sfc /scannow and the restore health commands, are for troubleshooting and repair.
As MANY have mentioned, the answer to just about everything is... use backup software.
Restoring from a backup completely overwrites the Windows install, with the saved backup.
It's like a time machine.
With backup software you can undo anything that you did or that has just happened, to your computer. :)
