Glad to see the additional mobo/cpu tesing here, I'm having a shockingly similar situation on a 13900k / 65gb ddr5 on an Asus z790a. My thread will likely follow assuming one of these steps doesn't solve it.
A question though, since you went through Intel RMA, are there any links you could provide to fast-track me if I ended up having to do the same thing?
