Solved fast boot is broken in window 11 pro ?

Hi Guys ,Sorted Fresh install of Windows 11 Fixed it , I was using Driver Genius with was updating a Driver which had a conflict with Windows 11. So i will not be using Driver Genius anymore .

There are very few members of tenforums and here that would recommend using a third party driver program such as that. Windows update handles just about all drivers, and any that it doesn't, evidenced by "unknown devices" or exclamation points in Device Manager should be sourced from device/computer manufacturers rather than third party driver finder programs.
