Yes, they are. You are using Windows and NTFS is the most common disk formatting method.my pc and files aren't made for NFTS format
The only time you will need Fat32 for routine use is when making Windows installation USBs. Many computers can only boot from Fat32 USBs.
You have misunderstood whatever it is that you have been reading.most files can only be read in FAT32/Exfat because of region locks
