  • Fixed Media Servers page regressions.
  • Fixed dynamic track title reliability regressions since 1.5 series.
  • Fixed album artist not set for albums with multiple album artists, resulting in multiple albums with same names being merged into one.
  • If playing Matroska file with chapters as one track, individual chapter titles are now shown.
  • Internet radio streaming reliability improvements.
  • TV: Fixed longpress crash in some views.
  • TV: Fixed radio station [x] not being accessible with remote d-pad.
  • Fixed missing permission flags resulting in console errors about foreground modes.

  • Internal changes (C++ noexcept specifier) to improve usefulness of crash reports.
  • Refactored Matroska chapter handling. If a multichapter Matroska file is played as a whole (from remote URL etc), chapter names will be shown as dynamic track titles.
  • Fixed a bug causing dynamic track titles (internet radio etc) to be possibly discarded.

  • New version numbering scheme: 2.24 for planned stable release year of 2024. Stable release will follow soon.
  • Attempted workaround for rapidly restarting playback locking up D2D visualizations on some systems.
  • Internet Radio search & list: clicking a stream that is already playing no longer restarts playback.
  • Fixes for plain WAV files over 4GB in size. Note that WAV file format does not actually support content longer than 4GB.
  • Made current console backlog saved when toggling logging on.

I love musicolet. Best music app hands down. I miss google play music before they destroyed it, but this app is even better. I bought the full version for casting etc. Works great. It even works on android auto.

It is my fav app I have installed on my phone. I wish they had a version for wear os as well.

The thing I've found with Musicolet, it's essential to import files with all metadata already fully embedded, especially album art!
If you edit tags/album art within Musicolet, it will create a separate Photo Album for every album cover..., makes a mess of your Photo Gallery!
Then, you either need to hide them all, or, delete them(?) :unsure:
(Gonna do it properly on my A35!!!)
