I fear attempting by trial and error, but try this in PowerShell (w/admin): remove-appxpackage -AllUsers -Package Microsoft.Xbox.TCUI_1.23.28004.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Repeat for each XBox instance.
This didn't give me any errors, so I hope it works for you.
