I've tested out AI quite extensively.

Conclusion: it's rubbish!

The responses are plain inaccurate, even after giving it several pages long specifications of how to solve the problem. It would have been several magnitudes faster to just do the actual work myself than ask the LLMs to do the work for you. Took me more time to cross reference the answers and correct the errors produced.

Also AI art is still rubbish. This includes drawings/paintings, text/poems and music. It may look or sound great at first glance, but when you inspect it deeper, there are a lot of errors, nonsensical sentences and the soul is missing. Great examples already in this thread.

What AI has been useful for though, is to get answers that can point you in the right direction a bit faster.

But, please, guys and gals...double check and cross reference the answers yourself before you use the information provided to publish some real work.

What does this mean? The sun is a star, so we don't have to travel that far... and yeah, AI can in fact help us find a solution to fast travel, if it is even physically possible...so far it looks impossible though. We have still a lot to learn about physics and AI can help with that.

I think that the belief that one can take any credit for a thesis, report, song, poem or art etc just because they put a few prompts into artificial intelligence is ludicrous. I agree with @SlicEnDicE, I did a few minor tests and not only do I think it dragged on and took a lot longer than I know I can manually search, read and conclude, I found the results to be questionable, generic and probably repeated for someone else’s results or plagiarised. I think it’s a lazy persons process.

Do you know the year of the Massey Ferguson tractor. I'd like to see how accurate the picture is. Think I'll test Copilot by asking it to make a picture of a 1960 Dodge Matador. They were only made for one year. A few years later American Motors came out with a Matador.

It came close but the four pictures are not a 1960 Dodge Matador. Kind of looks like a combo of a dodge and a chevy.

I just had Copilot draw a picture of a 1941 John Deere tractor. It made a drawing of a tractor but it wasn't even close to a 1941 John Deere tractor.

I just did a Bing search and as soon as I hit enter I had the pics of the John Deere tractor I was looking for. I had the same results with the 1960 Dodge Matador. Copilot may be OK for others but I'll pass.

I have one bookmark for a NJ company and it does start with 1-856

But I've seen some 1-800 or 1-888 numbers as well. Even some 1-xxx numbers.
I mainly see those for companies, rather than residential.

Not all of them. And it's getting less and less as time goes on.
Like the number for Walmart Refund is a 1-800 number.

Amazon and Newegg used to have a 1-xxx number, but they removed the 1 a few years ago.

Caskers an online liquor company in Maine has a 1-607 number. It's just random any more.
I have another one that's 1-405
