I'm not sure that would help humanity! If you kill all the poisonous creatures, the whole ecology would go pear shaped and we'd have different issues. Nature is based on predators and prey. And there are plenty of poisonous plants as well.

Nature can be pretty grim though so point taken.

I think AI can be a great starting point for things. I have used it to come up with discussion questions for courses I teach. I revise the questions as needed. I've even created lessons for students that I, again, revised. AI is also a great tool for when you're having a block.

AI isn't bad in itself. It's the users and how it's used that is bad.

Just my thoughts.

A cure for cancer I can certainly agree with! However, if your second "wish" happens, the balance of nature will turn topsy turvy! I don't think anyone wants that to happen!

Good idea!
Bee’s are deadly poisonous to many, kill those and we’re all dead. I suppose AI could create a droid bee to collect pollen and spread it, or they could distribute it in chemtrails because we know birds aren’t real so therefore useless. I suppose it wouldn’t take long with the Earth being flat.
I’m with @Hazel123, we wouldn’t survive a decade.

We live in an ecosystem (which the main vermin is human). Start killing off things you do not like and the food chain will fracture. For example the decline of bees is a worrying trend.

Rumours were that HIV has been caused by experiments in US laboratories.
That seems to be an active measure disinformation campaign run by the KGB in the 1980s (source).
For Covid, rumours were that they were 'invented' in Chinese labs (source).
I personally don't take those rumours seriously, but it would not be impossible that an experiment in biological weapons or an experiment to get 'better bees by genetic manipulation' would end in a disaster...

What comes to diseases and cures, AI has played a huge role for a while already. Huge leaps forward in just a few years, and it's only getting started since now we finally have the computing capacity to use AI properly in research.

But it looks like she has her one fish leg... crossed?
Rather it looks like she has two legs (crossed), IN a mermaid leg-suit.

This is what I mean. Copilot just "misses" some obvious things.

Doesn't really matter in a picture.
But if it was a build-by drawing of say... a drive shaft, and mistakes like this were made... oops.

Although inaccurate, I like the Lotus/Rose picture much better.
