Just about all vid cards are compatible with motherboards, these days.
As for what the cards can do... just Google: rx6800 vs. rtx 3060 ...and look for the gpu user benchmark result.

The RX 6800 is more powerful, which is why I suggested the RTX 4070...
Look at the ranks under the tiny bar graphs. The lower the rank, the better the card.
