I installed Marcum but I couldn't get it work. I'm to the point I'm going to do a total reinstall of Windows 11 to try to fix my PC.
Win Ver 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1928)

I was hoping I could get an idea how to do that. When I go to Microsoft site to download a new version it just says I already have the most current version and does not offer a download option. I'm seriously at wits end on how to proced. Any help would be apperciared.

1) Backup important files to another disk drive or the cloud

2) Boot to the Window Media Creation Tool

3) Highlight then manually delete each partition making an unallocated disk drive

4) Clean install Windows

If you're willing to install Windows 10 then these are the MCT / ISO
I assume your recommendation would be to just dump 11 altogether and go with 10? I'm not opposed to doing that. I'll looking into buying a license for 10. Thanks zbook, most helpful.

If the computer had updated then licensing data was entered into Microsoft servers.

It's not necessary to purchase another license.

Windows 11 can clean install Windows 10 and Windows 10 can clean install Windows 11.

Using Windows 10 removes any problems that could be related to Windows 11.

The Windows 11 or Windows 10 iso can be used as needed.

Once the underlying problem(s) have been identified and fixed the computer can be upgraded or clean installed to windows 11.

Okay well I installed win 10. everything looks good so far. But I'm an idiot and I have three 2TB SSD's and didn't know which was which. So of course I ended up wiping all three clean. So now I really have a clean install. mostly just games and they are on Steam but did lose some files. Just hope nothing I really need.

I would first install the chipset drivers. Your sound may also be missing.(link below)
Run Windows update.
Any devices left without drivers, report back with a screenshot.

Anything that says 'unknown'
in device manager right click on device, select properties, details tab, click the drop arrow beside property
and select 'matching device id' from the list. This should give a pci/ven name. Report back that pci/ven name.

1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

2) Run the Windows update troubleshooter and post images of possible drivers available for download and install.

msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic

3) Run each of these individually from Intel

4) Make a new retore point

5) When an upgrade is planned to Windows 11 make sure that Bitdefender is uninstalled using the applicable uninstall tool and that the only antivirus software is Microsoft defender

6) Plan to monitor the computer for at least one week before attempting an upgrade.

zbook looked at your logfiles and gave you a list of the pci/ven that are missing drivers in post #10. To break a pci/ven down to a device name and manufacturer you can use one of the only pci checkers. I can say 8086 is Intel. That is why I suspect you are missing chipset drivers for your device. Drivers for your motherboard are at the link I posted in post #9.

zbook looked at your logfiles and gave you a list of the pci/ven that are missing drivers in post #10. To break a pci/ven down to a device name and manufacturer you can use one of the only pci checkers. I can say 8086 is Intel. That is why I suspect you are missing chipset drivers for your device. Drivers for your motherboard are at the link I posted in post #9.
I understand and did as asked. I loaded all the drivers I could find on the Intel site and from ASUS site as well. Oh and sorry about using rar.

Did you run Intel Driver and Support assistant tool on Intel's site? It finds drivers for you.

I did and it says all up to date. It is still showing the Bluethooth as failed but I loaded it directly form Intel site.
