I hadn't tested it for upgrade to Windows 11, but I supposed the Windows 10 setup would complain of incompatible version. At best case it will think you do an in-place upgrade-repair of the same Windows 10 version but upgrade to 11 without compatibility check instead. I bet it cannot be used to upgrade from one version of Windows 11 to another (such as from 21H2 to 22H2) as it is Windows 10 Setup. For my upgrades I download latest Windows 11 ISO and then bypass compatibility check (see relevant thread). Never had any issue, apart from when upgrading to 22H2. If you are connected to the internet, even if you have bypassed compatibility, it will fail at some point before the first restart. I guess it does a secret online compatibility check. The workaround is to disconnect (flight mode, disconnect the LAN cable) before running Setup and connect again only after a successful upgrade to 22H2.

- Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, no SSE4.2, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.
