@elbmek, as for the knees, my wife had both done [too many years on hard floors when she was a nurse] and I walked the halls with her, important to do the physical therapy, last was over 10 years ago, took her 8 weeks of EIB [Employee Illness Benefit], went back for 1 day and retired at 70.
