    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro.

    My SYSTEM FOUR is a 2-in-1 convertible Lenovo Yoga 11e 20DA, Celeron N2930, 8GB RAM, 256GB ssd. Unsupported device: currently running Win10 Pro, plus Win11 Pro RTM and Insider Dev, Beta, and RP 24H2 as native boot vhdx.

Today that happened to be the least appropriate laptop ever to run Win 11, as I'd left it running over night with some work to do. Been using it for over an hour now, not too bad at all for a bit of light browsing....

My GP I can during office hours walk in and see the doctor no call or make an appointment his office opens at 7 AM. If I need to see a doctor and he is not open there are what they call urgent care places now open (a new thing) and see a doctor. If I fall and break my leg I can get transported to a hospital and go to the emergency room to get taken care of. If I need to have what they call an outpatient procedure done by one of my specialists I go to a surgery center.

And because all power is overhead much of the infrastructure has to be replaced and they will be without power for days to weeks. :(
Even with several power companies here sending crews over there to help rebuild which were on their way before the storm hit.

Not all there power is overhead, the news reported some power lines are buried underground Charlie.

Well, that was a satisfying test run of its new battery. A couple of hours use and only a quarter of its charge used. Bodes well for its intended use, a cheap and cheerful light weight 'take anywhere' machine for when I'm out and about or go on vacation. 🕶️💻 ⛱️

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro.
