I just got the 1.82 build a few minutes ago. I've actually set up and been using the Smart Actions for a while now. When I turn on or reboot the PC I'll have it load my File Explorer, Vivaldi browser, Thunderbird Email, and Rainmeter programs with a quick press of the little button behind the mouse scroll wheel on my MX Master 3. The AI Prompt Builder hasn't interested me though.

I use Ctrl and move cuz just move to edge, it escapes to the other machine too easily, weirds me out...

So, in looking at that, is that button doing *both* the back function as well as control? Meaning you press and hold for Control and tap it for back?

Nope! Just Ctrl. I think they just name it the 'Back' button! 🤷‍♂️

They say when an item annoys you enough it's time to move on. I'm thinking about moving back to my Craft keyboard for two very annoying reasons...

1) With the Logitech Keys being a darker shade of grey the keys are harder to see, where on the lighter gray Craft, the keys are far easier to see and thus require no backlighting, and thus no need for constant cable connection due to battery drain from said backlighting.

2) is the complaint about the Print Screen key and how it interacts with Snagit as explained > here.

The negative is I'll have to also install Options since Options+ doesn't support the Craft and Options doesn't support the MX Master 3 mouse.

You can see the contrast between the Keys and the Craft here and how the letters on the keys are more visible on the Craft without.

That's my biggest disappointment, as well.

Life back to normal now. Look how the letters stand out on the Craft vs the Keys. The contrast is much better on the Craft. Oh, and the Print Screen key properly opens Snagit, only and not the snipping tool of Windows. The on-screen images show both Options+ (top) and Options (bottom)....

Installed here as well - but there is a file named uninstall.exe - tempted to run it to see what happens lol.

OK, gave in - and ran it. Options+ didn't break after uninstalling it.

And why I have to use Options if I want to continue using the Craft keyboard. So, Options for the Craft, Options+ for the MX Master 3S mouse cause of course "Options" doesn't recognize that one. It recognizes the MX Master 3, NOT the 3S 🤷‍♂️

Oh, but wait there's more...

I also need two different dongles now cause of course it wouldn't be in Logitech's best interest to have the MX Master 3 recognized by the Bolt Dongle.... or the Unifying Dongle to recognize the MX Master 3S (or the Logitech Keys keyboard). NO!!!! Customers love having to use a mix of options and dongles to get not so old devices to work together. It's the Logitech way :oops:

Anyway, the good thus far is there are zero issues with this hodgepodge of madness :eek1:
