Applications

The January NVIDIA Studio Driver provides support for the new GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080 GPUs. In addition, this release offers optimal support for the latest new creative applications and updates including NVIDIA Broadcast, Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Wondershare Filmora, and the DLSS 4 update to D5 Render.

I use a Corsair Keyboard and it did not mess with it or my Audio. 🤷‍♂️

Sometimes, even when they "say" you need to update... you don't. :-)



Comp user1: There's a new vid card driver out. They claim it gives 3 more frames per second.

Comp user2: Does it... give 3 more frames per second?

Comp user1: It sure does! And all the other problems with the driver, don't bother me.

I ended up having to roll back to the previous driver. I was getting massive flickering in a few games that wasn't there before. Rolling back fixed the issues.

I've been playing a lot more of Skull and Bones lately, and I've found that if I go for any driver higher than the 552.44 (so any 555.xx or 556.xx drivers) it artifacts really, really badly.

I'm hoping nVidia fixes this (or, conversely, Ubisoft does).

Same issue here, especially on land at outposts. Had me thinking the VRAM on my GPU was going out at first.
