I used Rufus with all my hardware before the USB drive failed. I will be getting a new USB drive next month - mainly so I can use my new-to-me Dell minitower for USB creation - it has a Core i7, 32 GB of RAM, and TPM 2 = and a 1 TB SSD boot drive. How is it that I am getting 11 Home on my laptop with only TPM 1.2 - technically unsupported, but running 11 Home 23H2? Both laptop and desktop support the AMD x64 iteration - but the desktop is faster every which way it comes to USB creation. Said desktop also has the 4 TB SATA drive from the old desktop that I originally used as a testbed for Rufus - it's a straight hardware issue - no USB drive currently.
