@zbook
I believe I may have isolated the issue.
I performed the WDV today with all the tests except for the one you said not to. I ran it most of the day actually (I forgot to turn it off as I was also working from home). There were no issues. I did not get to do the Verifier /querysettings however.
There was a thunderstorm and I lost power momentarily. This caused my PC to reboot. I stopped using it for a while after this but left it on and running.
I came back to it a few hours later and noticed a youtube video was stuttering. I then noticed this was not isolated to just youtube.. whole PC was (still is) having micro hangups every ~5 - 10 seconds.
I did some googling and found that it was possible the SSD could be failing. I downloaded Seagate SeaTools SSD testing software:
SeaTools - Quick diagnostic tool that checks the health of your drive.
www.seagate.com
I performed a 2 minute general test. The testing aborted before it could complete, I clicked show results and the PC BSOD'd.
After this, the PC would only boot to BIOS. There was no SSD found in the bootable drives menu.
I pulled the CMOS Battery for a minute and re-installed it. The SSD was discoverable and I was able to boot to windows.
At this point, I remembered that the WDV settings were all still enabled. I opened WDV and deleted the settings to restore that back to normal and rebooted.
I performed the SeaTools testing 2 more times, each time having the same results.
Symptoms during the tesing were the same as the issue that I have been having - Screen Freezing, keyboard/mouse unresponsive, audio still works(assumed). However, these symptoms resolved shortly after starting the test, I regained control and the test aborted, and then the BSOD as seen in the image above occurs.
I have performed a V2 (after the 3rd BSOD) just now. Here is the Link:

There continue to be "hitches" occuring every ~10 seconds.
I believe that this indicates an issue with the SSD. Let me know your thoughts.
Thank you
