Media Player for Windows 11 Problems

Windows 11 Home. Win Version 23H2
Thanks to this forum I was able to install and use Media Player for all my Videos & Slideshows.
( Used to use the Films & Tv App but its only for bought files now)
Media is different style and means lots of scrolling to find certain files
Also the titles of the folders in it are not the same as I added them.
For example Garden videos folder title says Vacations!
Cant find any answers can you help?

Which Media Player are you talking about?
Titles are only as good as whats stored in embedded data.

Media Player that comes installed with Windows 11. Not Windows Media Player the old one. Never did it that one. Lol. I added to Media Player all my videos in named folders. But the videos are showing under different folder names.

Check the file properties on your media to see if they correspond to your needs.

In that case i doubt you'll have any info other than file creation dates and times. You're free to edit any pertinent information in the properties page to suit your cataloguing system.

The files are all alphabetical and OK. It's mainly the folders titles that are not corresponding to the way they are on my PC.
Also was hoping that the program would open where I left off instead of scrolling forever to the bottom. I have a lot of files. Lol
Films & TV was brilliant for that

Edit the properties of a couple and see what effect it has.
