I would be happy if they stopped using generic error codes and tell us what the problem is. The same with automobiles. The check engine light is only good for telling us that a code was sent to the computer. We shouldn't have to use a code reader or having to trust that the mechanic is being honest. There is going to be a day that most if not all small repair garages are going to go out of business. The computers they will have to buy is going to cost them thousands of dollar. Then on top of that, their going to have to spend thousand of dollars a year to keep the software up to date.What I would find very useful is for MS to provide an AI tool to analyse what has failed when your Windows installation goes wrong and generates an error message. Then provide a fix which resolves the issue. (Unless it is a hardware problem, of course). Unfortunately if they ever were to implement such a useful system, it would make Eleven Forum redundant!
