Hi,

I'm not sure whats causing this, but when I point on windows update or try shutting down the focus tabs to different icons. I will try to record what I'm getting.

As you can see when I click on "check for updates" it rolls on "learn more" and "get help" and if I try clicking the "Power" button on my task bar it rolls left and wont let me click shut down... Not sure if it will allow the attachment here as it's 170mb? Will add it temporary : [Deleted]

Most of the mouse issues I've seen, especially with USB-wired mice has been with static electricity, usually cured by shutting down the computer and pulling out the power cord. Doing so 'normalizes' the power situation inside the computer. My wife killed one of my motherboards several years ago by walkeding from the other room and grabbed the mouse to wake the computer and it didn't, I have anti-static pads at each desktop. Once in awhile batteries will be an issue with the USB-wireless mouse, cured by using fresh ones.

Strange, I've never had that before, is my setup good? My specs are on my computer below I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Wireless Gaming (Razer Goliathus Chroma) mouse and mousepad?

That's much more computer than I need but I don't see any obvious issues. Not familiar that that mouse but I'd try a Wired mouse just to assure proper operation and possibly eliminate the possibility of other wireless signals interferring.

Also, I'm not using my mouse wirelessly. It's connected with the USB cable, or would this still cause the problem?

Try to uninstall the Razer software and see if this fix your issue. Then download and install latest version. If issue returns after installing the Razer software again, remove it and wait for a new version which should fix these bugs. Also contact Razer support.
