Solved New build with sporadic BSOD different stop codes


The logs reported no BSOD in the past 30 days.


There were hangs / freezes.


There were unexpected shutdowns and restarts.





If the hangs / freezes were / are tolerable then there are no new steps.

If they need to be reduced or possibly eliminated then try various driver versions for: AMD GPU drivers (clean install using DDU)

amduw23g amduw23g c:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\u0404579.inf_amd64_89599f81cb58902d\b404520\amdkmdag.sys

and / or temporarily detach / swap hardware connected to USB ports.

I haven't noticed any freezes. The GPU occasionally needs reset after waking from hibernation. Any unexpected reboots were most likely my fault.

The BT device was a driver issue I was having with the new motherboard.
