That site is not infected, I use all types of Blockers, Have you ever heard of False Positives. I for one would never intentionally recommend an infected site.

Hi, I installed this on my HP laptop, but it can't detect Wi-Fi. My laptop supports only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and it is not detecting any networks.

As I found out when trying after installing onto a VB virtual machine.
That install under VB worked fine.. however Hyper-V does not like the ISO and refuses to activate mouse/keyboard so I can't install - no interaction.

So.. I tried to install it onto a separate drive and make my system dual boot.
Rufus'd "Optimum11 24H2 Prop v4.3" ISO to a 32G FAT32 USB drive and booted.
Install gets to about 75% then dies with a 0x8007025D error.
Tried the install on USB2.* and 3.* ports.
Same result.

Yes, I searched the interweb (and here) for solutions.
Scanned both the source and target drives for errors/bad sectors - but both are 100% good!
1TB GPT HDD drive as target, wiped, clean formatted NTSF.
External devices unplugged
Nada.

Thought about a corrupted ISO but #1 - the iso install just fine under VirtualBox, and #2 - Malwarebytes browserguard blocks fastuploadio due to "identified trojan" using the X-Lite d/l link.
Possibly a standard Win11 install to the HDD then a re-fresh from the X-LITE USB drive?
I have NOT tried installing from another USB drive - yet.

Any thoughts?

UPDATE:
I used a different USB drive and the install worked fine this time.
However, the HDD I installed it to is apparently VERY OLD and VERY S-L-O-W as it took about 10 mins to BOOT! :(
I was concerned that I had hosed my PC it took so long..

Time to rethunk the process and replace that HDD with a new [modern] drive. I had been using it as a spare backup before now.
I removed it from msconfig after booting back into my main Win11 and will format the drive - and remove it once I get a replacement.
Back to the drawing board.

If you get an activated vm, you can multiboot as many OSs as you like of the same editions.
