Solved No update in Windows 11; error: 0x800f081f, error 0x800f0831

In Run I type:

C:\:Windows\System32>DISM /Online/ Cleanup-Image/ RestoreHealth

But after running I see:


The source files could not be found. Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Is the main drive a SSD or a HDD

Let's check you Windows partition
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart

The source files could not be found

What is your windows version and build?
Type winver on a cmd window to find out

I have done the following.

1 I have completed the specifications, but I don't know where I can find the other items.

2 chkdsk c: /f failed. I got the response that after starting up the check started. After booting I had to press a key, but the laptop then went back to the home screen.

3 I watched the video, but I don't have the files on a D-drive. How do I get install.esd:6? I got Windows 11 from the site of Elevenforum, because Dell no longer supports Windows 11. Now I have 24H2 (Build from 26100.3194)

What do you mean by chkdsk c: /f failed?

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

chkdsk c: /scan (it will only scan and don't fix)
