That's good to hear. Amazon can be wishy washy on this. I ordered some Corsair RAM from them 3-years ago and two days later the price dropped $70 dollars. Called Amazon and was told I couldn't get the new price deal.Wow... the subwoofer I purchased last week is now on sale from $349 down to $269 (up to June 30 price drop).
I contacted Amazon and I am getting around $90 back including taxes.
Yeah, I think it all depends on the level of the Amazon employee you talked to. Not all of them have the same capability to override Amazon system. I also got several order duplicate from them for the past 10 years of being a prime member. Specially when I receive open box items instead of brand new. Sometimes, if an agent cannot help you with your problem because the system is not allowing them to make changes, you can always ask them to transfer you to their supervisor or manager.
Been there done that as I've been an Amazon member since 2003, and a Prime member since 2012 :)

That looks really good, our lawn is small fortunately and the back is all patio
I like that it will fold and store vertically. That way, I can put it in one of our sheds to keep it out of the weather. That hopefully will make it last longer as well.
Just don't put it away wet like we did with ours Jason
That's a good point. If I wash it, the heat here will certainly dry it quickly. That's the upside about living in the Deep South.
I always let ours dry, takes ages her and then spay oil around the blades and bearings etc
That's a great point about spaying around the blades and bearings. I'll think I have a can of spray oil. The mower will be here Wednesday. I'm looking forward to having a kempt looking lawn again. Now, that I bought the mower, I'll be forced to mow just off principle.
Actually, it wasn't all that easy. I just kept asking the agent I was talking to that if she can't help me, she can transfer me to her supervisor or manager who has a higher permission level. I was transferred twice.
