Re the IP blocks: You may of been getting your IP blocked because you had Outlook checking both IMAP and POP accounts at the same time. The server may of been taking that as an alarm bell. Which is why removing the IMAP account after adding the POP, ASAP was important. We ran out of time. I assumed you would do it
