Turns out, I was impatient. After a while a window did appear. Here's what I got after clicking the button
Now, I do run the "Educational" version of Windows 10, but there is no way any "school" manages anything on my machine!
At the end of the day, once Windows 11 is out, I'll just get an installer from the University the same way I got Windows 10 and install. I won't be doing an upgrade anyways. I built this machine in January, so if this hardware can't run it, then I don't know what can.
