Random Crash of laptop

HI i am actually writing for my Girlfriend.

Her laptop has since yesterday randomly restarted, nothing that is obvious to me at least. she is usually playing a game. BUT through Parsec a software program that lets you play a game us another computers hardware. But it is only the laptop that crashes

The laptop is a Lenovo Legion Y520 with a 1060 GTX card 16gb ram (added over a year ago) , i5 7300HQ CPU

i have used the log collector the laptop and uploaded the logs to this post.. she needs her laptop as she is disabled and cant sit with a desktop :( (needs to move around alot) so needs her laptop and we cant afford a new atm :(

Hope you can see at leaast wht the problem could be.

no :S didnt even thought of that... but we went all the way and just reinstalling windows from the start again on it..

ok so i did reinstall as i said but still doing it.. so must be some Hardware fault somewhere. doing sfc now .. and a DISM ? what is that?

Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)



Make sure that images or share links are posted for all steps / tests.



1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

2) Create a new restore point:

Create System Restore Point in Windows 10






3) Run Sea Tools Long generic test (all drives) > post images or share links

4) Run HD Tune (all drives) (run an old version so that it produces results for the whole drive)

a) Health
b) Full error scan




5) Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

chkdsk /b /v

Run these chkdsk switches on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.

Make sure that the windows drive runs overnight while sleeping.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: Y

Reboot as needed.




6) After completing all chkdsk /b /v run:

Make sure that this runs only after the prior three steps for each drive.



7) Run HD Sentinel (all drives) > post images or share links (do not run until posting results for each steps 5, 6, 7 and 8)

a) Overview
b) Temperature
c) SMART



8) Please make sure that all of the above steps are performed in sequence

These steps / tests can be performed overnight while sleeping:

a) Sea Tools Long generic test
