After the last upgrade my computer is behaving strangely. It works much slower, and after restarting it returns to normal. I checked all parameters (memory usage is about 8%, processor is 0%, hard disks 0% as well as SSD, hardware temperature is completely normal). I monitored the background processes and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Does this mean that I need to go back to Windows 10 (since I didn't have any problems with Windows 10) or do I need to do something that I don't know?
