Try the UEFI Kingston. If that doesn't work, then try the non-UEFI Kingston.

NO...

You're IN the BIOS.
Exit the BIOS and when the computer starts to boot... press the F11 key a few times, to bring up the "Boot Menu"



The "Boot Menu" will look like this... it is OUTSIDE the BIOS...

I have a Corsair Voyager USB stick. You can see two of them. One is UEFI, the other is not.
There is really only ONE... Corsair Voyager USB stick inserted. It just has two options.

Your PC is not compatible with Windows 11, therefore, you should have configured Rufus to make bootable Windows 11 installation media to bypass Windows 11 requirements.

You need to EXIT the BIOS.
As soon as you EXIT... start tapping the F11 key.

This will bring up the "Boot Menu". You need to be on the "Boot Menu"... NOT in the BIOS.


When you are ON the "Boot Menu" take a picture and post it please.

Your CPU is not compatible. I don't know if you have an add-on TPM module installed. And you must configure your BIOS to boot only to UEFI drivers to enable secure boot for your system. But you can bypass these requirements if you make your bootable USB media by selecting suitable choices when using Rufus.

No it's NOT the same.... it doesn't show your Kingston USB stick.

If your Kingston USB stick was bootable... it should show on the Boot Menu.
So, there must be something wrong with the Kingston USB stick.

It either has nothing on it, or whatever is on it, is not bootable.

So... your USB stick is either empty, or it's NOT bootable.
