Forgive me if I repeat something already said. Didn't have time to read every single post in this thread.
If Dell is suggesting to avoid 22H2 for the moment on this specific model, it's entirely possible that they simply have a specific piece of hardware in the system that currently has a blocking hold for 22H2. That's not a big deal at all, it simply means that a new driver is needed to sort the issue out.
In my opinion, that wouldn't prevent me from purchasing such a system at all. As soon as a corrected driver is available, you would be able to upgrade to 22H2.
The only time that would make a difference to me would be if there was another equivalent choice with no compromises, at the same price, that ran 22H2 perfectly today, no waiting needed.
