I wouldn't recommend enabling Fast Boot from BIOS/UEFI. Usually comes Disabled by default for a very good reason, as in: If Disabled it skips the basics tests of your hardware. Thus, in case you have a hardware issue - instead of triggering a precautionary shutdown - your system will try to boot into Windows. Even Windows has safety feature - which can trigger a BSOD. But sometimes it's to late (might get fried before booting Windows).
No to mention - with a nVme SSD the Booting process is already 100x faster than with an HDD (more or less). So this unnecessary risk is quite ignorant - if you ask me.
