Yes I did.Q. you did tick all the boxes before Rufus started to created the bootable Windows ISO.
then please try with the USB connected to the system.
open explorer and browse to the USB drive. in this window double click setup.exe
this will start an in place upgrade of Win11.
please make sure your data is backed up.
