vivetool help

windows 11 pro build 22631-4480 23h2

I ran c:\vivetool\vivetool /enable /id:39847173 from command prompt (admin). response successful. rebooted.
I went back to "fix problems using windows update" still greyed out.
what am I doing wrong.
if I run vivetool /enable /id:39847173 from c:\windows\system does not find it.

I fixed the prroblem with the help of others
download windows 11, setup an .iso use the drive the iso is in and use the dism
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:G:\Sources\install.esd

You need to be sure you have the "correct" Vivetool ID number.
Where did you find... id:39847173 ?

VIVETOOL, and how to use it...

By enabling or disabling certain 8 digit "ID numbers", you can turn Windows 11 features ON or OFF. In many cases, Vivetool is the "only" way to enable/disable certain features. Make sure you use 3rd party backup software, before you start "tweaking" Windows. Official tutorial...

And yes, you should always "start" with...

sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

24h2 was installed and i did not even know it ! so i reverted back to 23h2. i do not trust microsoft. one of my files was messed up because of it.
