my PC has been updated from WIN 10 to WIN 11 just by itself recently
where can I find on my PC the DTG of that operation?

If you mean the date and time of when the upgrade happened, you might find it in Event Viewer, under Applications and Services Logs | Microsoft | Windows | WindowsUpdateClient | Operational.

But really, there are a few logs related to Windows upgrades:
