All your drives are MBR and on your h670m the main drive must be GPT.

I don't think you need to load IRST driver. Attached is a IRST AHCI. Just in case, extract to a folder on the Win 11 USB installation drive and load it during installation.

Is your Win 11 USB installation drive formatted as Fat32? Did you build the USB Win 11 23h2 installation drive using MCT ?

I think the main problem is that you're trying to install as UEFI on a MBR drive. You must delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed (see below).

Reset BIOS or load defaults.
Set Disk mode to AHCI, not RAID
Select OS mode = UEFI or Select OS mode = other + UEFI (depends on BIOS).
Disable fast boot and secure boot (you can turn it on after installation)

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.

During POST, press F12(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) to install as UEFI-GPT.
Go to install and load the IRST driver and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you want to use a local account What is "oobe\bypassnro"
Thank you for that detailed information. I did all that and it didn’t work. I had the AHCI drivers and still no go once I made the USB stick from the media creation tool it worked so I don’t know. This is interesting to find out. I wonder why the ISO doesn’t work but the media creation tool does maybe the media creation tool reads the system and talyors the drivers, etc.

according to the op the disks were not being seen by setup.exe

mbr disks should still show up.

Well, I only have one new computer and generally, I would write ISO’s using Rufus. But with Linux installed on my system, the only way I could write images was the DD command or I could use other tools. So it seems like in Lenox when you write the ISO to USB it doesn’t work somehow so I had to create a virtual machine install windows download the media creation tool and give access to the USB thumb drive.
So it took me a while to get it going, but finally it worked.
